prism

prism◈the coin with its own vault.

PRISM ($PRISM) brings a coin and a dedicated vault into one place. The planned flow starts with a launch curve, then a liquidity pool and a built-in OTC desk. Explore the market interface and vault design here. Launch, trading and vault execution are not enabled yet.

The vault
PROTOCOL DESIGN · The mechanics below describe the proposed model, not active PRISM contracts. Allocations are illustrative; no fees are being collected.

Trade on Pump.fun. Or with the vault.

  1. 1Trade on the poolPool fees and vault allocations will be shown once the market is configured. The flow below illustrates the proposed model.
  2. 2Or trade with the vaultSell to it or buy from it at the pool's price, off the chart, with no slippage. 2% of the coins are burned, and none of it goes to Pump.fun.
  3. 3A deeper poolThe proposed allocation places 75% in the pool and 25% in the vault. No funds have been raised.

Trade off the chart. No slippage, 2% burned.

  1. 1Sell some to the vaultA limited amount a day, set by the vault's size and the day's volume. You get SOL at the pool's price, and the chart doesn't move.
  2. 2Or layer inBuy PRISM from the vault's pile at the pool's price, as much or as little at a time as you like, with no slippage.
  3. 32% of every vault trade is burnedIt never goes through Pump.fun, because no swap happens on the DEX. Those coins are simply destroyed.
Opens when the curve fillsPRISM has not launched. When the curve fills, the coin moves to its Pump.fun pool and the vault opens with 42.5 SOL, 25% of the SOL the curve raised. Its limits and every trade with it show here from then on.

The straight answers.

What is the vault?

A second way to trade PRISM, off the chart. It holds SOL and PRISM and trades both ways at the price of PRISM's Pump.fun pool: sell to it and get SOL, or buy from its pile of PRISM. Proposed burn: 2% per vault trade. Not active.

Why sell to the vault instead of the chart?

No slippage, and the chart doesn't move: a sale to the vault happens off the chart at the pool's price. Each wallet can sell a limited amount a day, set by the vault's size and the day's volume; anything more trades on the pool as usual.

Is the vault an OTC desk?

Yes, one built into PRISM. Like an OTC desk, it trades away from the chart: you ask, the Prism team approves, and the trade settles at the pool's price with no slippage. Daily limits keep each trade small next to the vault. Unlike most desks, a program on chain holds the coins and enforces the price, the limits and the settlement, and 2% of every trade is burned.

What is layering in?

Buying from the vault's pile of PRISM, as much or as little at a time as you like, at the pool's price with no slippage. The coins come from people who sold to the vault.

How much can I sell or buy?

A wallet can trade up to 10% of the vault's side a day: its SOL when you sell, its PRISM when you buy. All together the vault trades at most 25% of the last day's volume on the pool.

What price do I get?

The pool's price, with no slippage. So that nobody can push the price for a moment to drain the vault, it pays the lower of the pool's price and its last-hour average when you sell, and takes the higher when you buy.

Where does the vault's SOL come from?

A proposed 25% allocation of launch proceeds, then 0.8% of every trade on the pool (half of our share of the 2% fee), and what buyers pay for its PRISM.

What's burned, and does Pump.fun get any of it?

2% of the coins in every vault trade, destroyed for good. None of it goes through Pump.fun: a vault trade isn't a swap on the DEX, so Pump.fun takes nothing from it.

Can the vault run out?

Yes. Its SOL can run low if many sell and few buy; the daily limits shrink with it, and fees refill it every hour. Its PRISM runs out when buyers take the whole pile, until someone sells again.

Do holders get rewards?

No. PRISM doesn't pay holders a share of the fees: the point is a better way to trade. The trading fee goes to the vault, the Prism team and Pump.fun.

Where does the trading fee go?

Every trade on the pool pays 2%. Pump.fun keeps a fifth (0.4%); 0.8% goes into the vault's SOL and 0.8% to the Prism team, which runs Prism and its vault.

So the price can't fall?

It can. The vault lets sellers sell some off the chart; it doesn't hold the price up, and anyone can still sell straight into the pool.

Who controls the vault?

A program holds it, and the Prism team approves each trade by hand. An approved trade runs at the pool's price within the limits and never below the least you asked for, and you can cancel a request any time to get everything back. Nobody can take the vault's SOL or PRISM out except by trading with it. It runs on Solana. While PRISM is experimental we can still upgrade that program to fix bugs, so for now you are also trusting us, and every upgrade is public on the blockchain.

Why Pump.fun?

PRISM trades in a Pump.fun pool, the kind Jupiter and every Solana wallet route through, and the vault takes its price from that pool. We didn't build an exchange; we built the vault beside it.

Pool infrastructure. A dedicated vault interface.

The proposed model uses Pump.fun. The proposed flow starts on a Pump.fun bonding curve and graduates into a liquidity pool, so it can be traded on Jupiter and the trading apps. We don't run an exchange. What we add sits beside the pool: the vault, a second way to trade PRISM off the chart.

  1. The pool PRISM trades inThe planned Pump.fun pool, with a 2% fee, open to Jupiter and every Solana wallet.
  2. The price the vault usesEvery vault trade is priced from PRISM's Pump.fun pool.
  3. The planned launch curvePump.fun's launch curve, the fair start every early holder bought on.
  1. The vaultBuys and sells PRISM off the chart at the pool's price, with no slippage.
  2. The burn2% of the coins in every vault trade, destroyed.
  3. The limitsSized to the vault and the day's volume, so it can't be drained in one go.
  4. Honest numbersEvery figure after all the cuts. Anything unknown shows a dash, never a zero.
Waiting for the first candle.
